  We had a fantastic week at Matt's place. It was easy to walk into downtown and the surroundings felt safe. The home was cozy and comfortable, especially all the beds. Itwas really lovely to have the backyard with the table and chairs and the ability to relax after a busy day. sightseeing.If we came back to Nashville we would definitely stay again

  We had an amazing stay at Matt's place! We can for my best friend’s bachelorette and everyone loved this home! The location is perfect, just a quick 6-7 minute drive to Broadway, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The home itself is so cute and cozy—definitely gave off a warm, homey vibe. The backyard is a great bonus, perfect for relaxing and/or entertaining. I absolutely plan to stay here again if I visit in the future. Highly recommend Matt's place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

  This place was exactly as depicted. Very clean and modern with lots of amenities. We liked having the Family Dollar close by for those items we needed. A very short walk to the farmers market and a nice walk to Broadway. Would definitely stay again!

  Great place to stay if you don’t want to be in the downtown scene with a lot of traffic the whole time. Close to alot of activities and restaurants. Quiet and clean atmosphere. Hosts were responsive and welcoming.
